Modern House Plan: Two floor house
The front door of the house is not aligned with the street line, but is on the side. From the street we went to an area that leads to the garage for two cars to the left of this area have access to the living room.

As mentioned earlier the most important detail is that the room is surrounded by a double-height window. Opposite the entrance door have double doors that lead to the backyard. To the right of living we have a kitchen with bar, behind the stairs, the dining room. Right on the division between the kitchen and dining room we have access to a bedroom, bathroom, laundry and garage for two cars.
Leaving the stairs you come to the office, and from here we have access to the master bedroom with en suite and walk in closet. The study can be easily transformed into a room.
